Our inaugural Business Shaping for Entrepreneurs course and workshop took place in September 2016 in London. The workshop runs over 2 days to provide participants with a hands-on experience where they get to apply the techniques and use the tools from the course directly on their businesses and ideas.
In May and June 2017, we successfully launched our Operating Model Transformation (in the digital age) course in Sydney Australia and London UK. Stratability was engaged to help explore acquisition opportunities for a VC fund who wanted to own a Fintech based peer-to-peer lending platform. We also helped to kick start the vision and to develop a future state business plan to grow their new business, including navigating the UK regulatory landscape (ie. FCA compliance).
Founder Kai Akram engaged Stratability to help redesign the business model and create a structured plan for the next 2 years for her PR agency that would provide the business with the revenue in with which it could re-invest to fund its expansion into ore product lines and internationally into Pakistan as well as in the UK.
Stratbility helped a global investment bank to develop a Target Operating Model (TOM) and business case for funding investments in the LATAM region over 3 years that would allow it leverage existing offshore capabilities and new technologies while building regional capabilities to be able to capture the market opportunities while address existing pain points.
