The OPERATING MODEL TRANSFORMATION course is available in two (2) formats: online and via a classroom workshop.

As with all Stratability Academy courses, both have been designed to be highly accessible and practical where participants will get a mix of theory and practice, to learn how to apply operating model design and transformation techniques to lead change and transform an organisation using a case study.

The goal is to empower participants by providing them with the frameworks and skills to achieve measurable and sustainable results in delivering operating model transformation in the digital age, including digital transformation.

What is the difference between the online course versus the classroom workshop?

The content in the 2 course formats is the same.

Participants of the online course can choose to follow the video based modules and lessons at their own pace, and will need to conduct exercises on their own, with feedback and interactions from our instructors and other community peers via the live webinars and other online community channels such as the Private Facebook and Linkedin Groups.

Classroom workshop participants will receive a more intense and accelerated experience for the duration of the course, and in particular from increased interactions with other like-minded peers as a result of the live case study conducted during the workshop.  They will also have access to all online channels.

Are there any course prerequisites?

No, there are no prerequisites other than keeping an open mind to learning new ways of doing things.

What is the case study? What industry is it in?

The current case study in both online and classroom formats for the remaining courses in 2017 is Financial Services. New case studies from Telecommunications, Energy, Education, Technology sectors are available from 2018 in the public course. See course schedule for details.

When and for how long will I have access to the online portal and channels?

All course participants both online and classroom will have lifetime access to our private community groups on Linkedin and Facebook immediately after purchasing.  

In addition both online and classroom attendees will also have access to the Private Operating Model Transformation Member Portal where there is exclusive additional content for course attendees only including bonus materials, templates, and other reading such as whitepapers from various industry experts. Just remember that new content is being continuously developed and released weekly and monthly, including additional sample case study materials from different industry sectors. 

What guarantees do you provide? What if I am not satisfied and want a refund?

We offer a short trial of the Introductory Module of the course with 3 lessons, as well as a bonus and templates for you to try and experience for free so you can decide if you would like to purchase the course, in any format. Sign-up here to pre-register for the free lessons - coming soon.

For full purchases of our online course, if you are not satisfied with the course materials, you can request a full refund within 7 days. However, once you have reached 7 days of access and/or signed up to a live webinar, then we cannot offer a discount. Public classroom workshops can be cancelled or deferred up to 21 days prior to the commencement of the course. We do not offer refunds once the public course has started. There are no refunds for our private or bespoke courses.
